Study on the Mechanism of Intestinal Microflora in Elderly Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Complicated with Sarcopenia
Sarcopenia is high in the prevalence of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in the elderly, which is closely related to chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. The coexistence of the two not only harms the physical and mental health of patients, but also increases the difficulty of clinical treatment.Modern medicine has less pathogenic mechanisms for chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases and sarcopenia.Clinical treatment is mainly based on symptomatic treatment, with the purpose of alleviating symptoms and reducing COPD acute seizures. There may be an intrinsic relationship between chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and sarcopenia in the elderly, but insufficient attention has been paid to this comorbidity. With the continuous advancement of biotechnology, the role of intestinal flora has become increasingly valued in the pathogenesis of many chronic diseases.Studies have shown that the intestinal flora in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases has obvious imbalances, and the occurrence of sarcopenia is also closely related to the intestinal flora.By exploring the interaction between the intestinal flora and the chronic obstructive pulmonary disease of the elderly, the analysis of the imbalance of the intestinal flora may be one of the key factors that cause chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in the elderly. It is proposed to regulate the imbalance of intestinal flora with micro-ecological therapy, which may become a new way to clinical prevention and treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and sarcopenia.
