Effect of Super Pulse CO2 Fractional Laser Combined with Acid on Acne Scar Patients and Improvement of ECCA Score
Objective:To investigate the effect of super pulse CO2 fractional laser combined with acid on acne scar patients and the improvement of Echelle d'evaluation clinique des cicatrices d'acne(ECCA).Method:A total of 86 patients with acne scars admitted to Guo Yao Gezhouba Central Hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected, divide into two groups according to the random number table method,43 cases in the control group were treated with super pulse CO2 fractional laser, and 43 cases in the observation group were treated with super pulse CO2 fractional laser combined with acid, the clinical efficacy, global aesthetic improvement scale(GAIS)score,ECCA score, patient satisfaction and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of observation group was 95.35%,higher than 81.40%of control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).GAIS and ECCA scores of observation group were better than those of control group after treatment, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of patients in observation group was 95.35%,higher than 78.07%in control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 9.30%,compared with 6.98%in the control group, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Super pulse CO2 fractional laser combined with acid in the treatment of acne scar patients can further improve the efficacy, effectively improve the ECCA score,as well as improve patient satisfaction, and have ideal safety.
