微创拔牙术与传统拔牙法在埋伏阻生智齿治疗中的临床对比研究

摘要
目的:探究微创拔牙术与传统拔牙法在埋伏阻生智齿治疗中的临床效果.方法:选取萍乡市人民医院 2019 年 1 月—2023 年 1 月收治的 80 例埋伏阻生智齿患者,将 80 例患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例.对照组选取传统拔牙法,而观察组则采用新型微创拔牙法.比较两组疼痛[视觉模拟评分法(VAS)]、出血[牙龈沟出血指数(SBI)]、并发症、焦虑[柯式牙科焦虑量表(DAS)].结果:术后1 d、3 d和 1 周,观察组VAS得分和SBI得分均低于对照组(P<0.05).观察组术后 1 周总并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05).术前、术后 30 min观察组DAS得分均低于对照组(P<0.05).结论:微创拔牙法相比于传统拔牙法,在拔除埋伏阻生智齿时患者疼痛感更轻、出血量更少、并发症发生率更低,能缓解患者焦虑情绪,适合应用到临床埋伏阻生智齿的拔除术中.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of minimally invasive tooth extraction and traditional tooth extraction in the treatment of ambush impacted wisdom teeth.Method:A total of 80 patients with ambush impacted wisdom teeth admitted to Pingxiang People's Hospital from January 2019 to January 2023 were selected,and were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.Traditional tooth extraction was used in control group,and new minimally invasive tooth extraction was adopted in observation group.The pain[visual analogue scale(VAS)],bleeding[sulcus bleeding index(SBI)],complications and anxiety[Corah dental anxiety scale(DAS)]were compared between the two groups.Result:At 1 day,3 days and 1 week after surgery,VAS scores and SBI scores in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in observation group at 1 week after surgery was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The DAS scores in observation group were lower than those in control group before surgery and at 30 minutes after surgery(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with traditional tooth extraction,minimally invasive tooth extraction has less pain,less blood loss and lower complication rate,which can relieve patients'anxiety and is suitable for clinical extraction of impacted wisdom teeth.
