Effects of Da Vinci Robot and Laparoscopic Radical Resection of Rectal Cancer on the Surgical Status,Postoperative Recovery, and Postoperative Complications of Patients with Rectal Cancer
Objective:To explore the effect of Da Vinci robot and laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer.Method:From January 2021 to December 2022,80 patients with rectal cancer admitted to Liuzhou Worker's Hospital were selected, and divided into a control group and an observation group by random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group underwent laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer, while the observation group underwent surgery using a Da Vinci robot. The surgical situation, postoperative recovery, and postoperative complications between the two groups were compared.Result:The operative time and intraoperative bleeding volume in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences between the two groups in specimen length, distance between the lower margin of the tumor and the lower incisional margin, and number of lymph node dissection(P>0.05).The observation group were superior to the control group in terms of exhaust time, inflow quality time, and catheter removal time(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in hospital stay between the two groups(P>0.05).Severe pain rate in the observation group were lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of the Da Vinci robot can significantly improve exhaust time, inflow quality time, catheter removal time, promote postoperative recovery, reduce the probability of complications and pain level.
