Clinical Effect of Gabexate Combined with Breviscapine Injection in the Treatment of Acute Pancreatitis
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Gabexate combined with Breviscapine Injection in the treatment of acute pancreatitis.Method:A total of 80 patients with acute pancreatitis admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Hubei University of Science and Technology from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method, the control group(Gabexate)and the observation group(Gabexate combined with Breviscapine Injection),with 40 cases in each group. The time of improvement in terms of clinical symptoms(time of disappearance of abdominal pain, disappearance of abdominal distention, normal time of defecation, normal time of exhaustion),intestinal mucosal function[D-lactic acid, endotoxin, urinary lactulose(L)/mannitol(M)],inflammatory factors[tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6),C reactive protein(CRP)],liver function[aspartate aminotransferase(AST),alanine aminotransferase(ALT)],renal function[creatinine(Cr),urea],cardiac enzymes[lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),creatine kinase(CK)],Toll like receptor 4(TLR4)mRNA and nuclear factors κB(NF-κB)mRNA expression levels of the two groups were compared.Result:Abdominal pain disappeared, abdominal distension disappeared, normal defecation and normal exhaust time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment, there were no statistical significance in the comparison of D-lactic acid, endotoxin and urinary L/M levels between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment, the levels of D-lactic acid, endotoxin and urinary L/M were decreased in the two groups, and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment, there were no statistical significance in the comparison of TNF-α,IL-6 and CRP levels between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment, the levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and CRP were decreased in the two groups, and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment, there were no statistical significance in the comparison of AST,ALT,Cr and urea between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,AST,ALT,Cr and urea were decreased in the two groups, and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment, there were no statistical significance in the comparison of cardiac enzyme indexes,TLR4 mRNA and NF-κB mRNA levels between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment, the levels of LDH,CK,TLR4 mRNA and NF-κB mRNA were decreased in the two groups, and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment effect of patients with acute pancreatitis with Gabexate combined with Breviscapine Injection is remarkable, which can reduce inflammatory factors, improve intestinal mucosal function, inhibit the expression of TLR4 mRNA,NF-κB mRNA pathway and related factors, and protect the liver, kidney and heart functions.
