The Effect of 3D Printed Implant Guide Plate on the Accuracy of Implant Restoration in Patients with Loss of Teeth
Objective:To investigate the application effect and the impact on the accuracy of restoration of 3D printed implant guide plates in patients with loss of teeth.Method:A total of 64 patients with loss of teeth who underwent implant restoration surgery in Liaocheng Fifth People's Hospital from March 2020 to May 2022 were selected and divided into the experimental group and the control group by random number table method, with 32 cases in each group. The control group was repaired with traditional implant guides plate, while the experimental group was repaired with 3D printed implant guides plate. The success rate of repair, deviation values of 2D and 3D planar implants and implant stability quotient(ISQ)at different postoperative time periods were compared between the two groups.Result:The repair success rate of both the experimental group and control group was 100%,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The deviation values of the 2D and 3D planar implant planes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in ISQ values between the experimental group and the control group at 1,3,and 6 months after surgery(P>0.05).Conclusion:3D printed implant guide plate has a significant effect on assisting in the restoration of loss of teeth, ensuring the success rate and stability of the implant,it can significantly improve the accuracy of restoration.
