Effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction Combined with Xinzang Three Acupoints on the Clinical Efficacy of Patients with Unstable Angina
Objective:To explore the effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with Xinzang three acupoints on the clinical efficacy of patients with unstable angina.Method:A total of 80 patients with unstable angina admitted to Huizhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2021 to December 2022 were divided into two groups according to random number method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received conventional western medicine treatment,and the study group added Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with Xinzang three acupoints treatment on the basis of the control group.The levels of inflammatory factors before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Follow-up for 2 weeks,the TCM syndrome scores,frequency and duration of angina pectoris attacks in the two groups were counted.Result:After treatment,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α and interleukin-6 in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of follow-up,the frequency of angina pectoris attacks in the study group was less than that in the control group,and duration of angina pectoris attacks in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of follow-up,TCM syndrome score of study group was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of conventional western medicine treatment,adding Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with Xinzang three acupoints can alleviate the frequency and duration of angina pectoris attacks in patients with unstable angina in a short period of time,and improve inflammation indicators.
