Clinical Effect of Microwave Therapeutic Apparatus Exposure in Adjuvant Treatment of Bronchopneumonia and Its Influence on the Disappearance Time of Symptoms in Children
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of microwave therapeutic apparatus exposure in adjuvant treatment of bronchopneumonia and its influence on the disappearance time of symptoms in children.Method:A total of 50 children with bronchopneumonia admitted to Zunyi Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from June 2021 to December 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method.The control group(n=25)received conventional treatment,and the observation group(n=25)received conventional treatment and microwave therapeutic apparatus exposure adjuvant treatment.The disappearance time of symptoms and rale,clinical efficacy,serum inflammatory factor level and blood routine test indexes were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of fever,gasping,cough and rale in observation group were shorter than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of hypersensitive C reactive protein in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and that in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,neutrophil and white blood cell count in observation group were lower than those in control group,and lymphocyte in observation group was higher than that in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of microwave therapeutic apparatus exposure in adjuvant treatment of children with bronchopneumonia is exact,which helps to improve blood routine test indexes,relieve inflammatory reaction,and effectively promote the relief of clinical symptoms.
