Comparison of the Effects of Vinegar Soaking Chinese Medicine Prescription and Triamcinolone Acetonide Econazole Nitrate Cream in the Treatment of Patients with Tinea of Hands and Feet
Objective:To study and compare the effects of Vinegar Soaking Chinese Medicine Prescription and Triamcinolone Acetonide and Econazole Nitrate Cream in the treatment of patients with tinea of hands and feet.Method:From January 2021 to June 2022,200 patients with tinea of hands and feet admitted to Affiliated Hospital of Hubei Three Gorges Polytechnic were selected and divided into Chinese medicine prescription group and reference group by computer numbering random method,with 100 cases in each group.The Chinese medicine prescription group was treated with vinegar soaking Chinese medicine prescription,and the reference group was treated with Triamcinolone Acetonide and Econazole Nitrate Cream.The treatment results,incidence of adverse reactions,recurrence and skin cosmetic degree of two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the Chinese medicine prescription group was higher than that of the reference group(99.00%vs.87.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Incidence of adverse reactions such as skin burning,itching and pigmentation in the two groups were compared,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The 12-month recurrence rate in the Chinese medicine prescription group was lower than that in the reference group(2.00%vs.9.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the skin cosmetic degree scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the scores of all dimensions of skin cosmetic degree in the Chinese medicine prescription group were lower than those in the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Vinegar Soaking Chinese Medicine Prescription has good effect and few adverse reactions in the treatment of tinea of hands and feet,and the skin recovery degree is high in the course of use.
