Effect of Psychological Intervention Based on Focused Solving Model on Mental Status and Self Evaluation in Patients with MRI Examination
Objective:To explore the effect of psychological intervention based on focused solving model on mental status and self evaluation in patients with magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)examination.Method:A total of 96 patients who underwent MRI examination in Ganzhou People's Hospital from April 2022 to March 2023 were selected and divided into control group and study group according to random number table method, with 48 patients in each group. The control group received routine nursing intervention, and the study group received psychological intervention based on focused solving model on the basis of control group. The success rate of one MRI examination, mental status, self evaluation and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Result:The success rate of one MRI examination in the study group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA),Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)and impact of event scale-revised(IES-R)in the study group were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The psychological intervention based on focused solving model in patients with MRI examination can improve the success rate of one examination, improve the mental status, improve self evaluation and nursing satisfaction.
