Effect of Narrative Nursing on Negative Emotion and Nursing Satisfaction of Gravidas with Cervical Insufficiency
Objective:To study and analyze the effect of narrative nursing on negative emotion and nursing satisfaction of gravidas with cervical insufficiency.Method:A total of 90 gravidas with cervical insufficiency admitted to Jiangxi Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the subjects of this study,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given narrative nursing on the basis of the control group.The mental state,pregnancy outcome,nursing satisfaction and incidence of postnatal depression of the two groups were analyzed and recorded.Result:After nursing,the scores of psycho-affective disorder,somatic disorder,psychomotor disorder,depressive psychological disorder and total scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The pregnancy outcome of the observation group was better than that of the control group,the nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of postpartum depression was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Narrative nursing intervention for gravidas with cervical insufficiency can effectively regulate their mental state,nursing satisfaction is higher,and is conducive to pregnancy outcome.
