Objective:To explore the effect of focused solution mode nursing in elderly patients undergoing cataract surgery and its influence on psychological fluctuation.Method:A total of 90 elderly cataract patients who underwent surgical treatment from April 2021 to October 2022 in Ji'an First People's Hospital were selected and divided into control group(n=45)and observation group(n=45)according to random number table method.The control group was given routine care,and the observation group was given focused solution mode nursing.The intraocular pressure,retinal venous circulation time,psychological fluctuation and complication rate of the two groups were compared after nursing.Result:After nursing,the intraocular pressure of observation group was lower than that of control group,and retinal venous circulation time of observation group was shorter than that of control group(P<0.05);after nursing,SAS score and SDS score of observation group were decreased compared with control group(P<0.05);after nursing,the total incidence of dizziness,severe blurred vision,anterior chamber hemorrhage and conjunctival edema complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of focused solution mode nursing in elderly patients with cataract surgery is significant,which can effectively reduce the intraocular pressure of patients,reduce the time of retinal venous circulation,in addition to reduce the occurrence of anxiety,depression and adverse psychological emotions,reduce the incidence of complications,it is worth promoting and applying.
