Effect of Hyperbaric Oxygen Combined with Small Akupotomye in the Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis and Its Influence on Arthritis Indexes
Objective:To investigate the effect of hyperbaric oxygen combined with small akupotomye in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis and its influence on arthritis indexes.Method:A total of 120 patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to the 334 Hospital of Nanchang from January 2022 to January 2023 were divided into group A(n=40),group B(n=40)and group C(n=40)according to random number table method.Group A was treated with small akupotomye, group B was treated with hyperbaric oxygen, and group C was treated with hyperbaric oxygen combined with small akupotomye. The total effective rate,Western Ontario and McMaster University(WOMAC)osteoarthritis index,C reactive protein(CRP)in serum and articular fluid, and erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)before and after treatment were compared among the three groups.Result:The total effective rate of group B and group C was significantly higher than that of group A,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment, there were no significant differences in WOMAC osteoarthritis index,CRP in serum and articular fluid and ESR of the three groups(P>0.05).After treatment, the WOMAC osteoarthritis index,CRP in serum and articular fluid and ESR of group C were significantly lower than those of group A and group B,and those in group B were significantly lower than those in group A,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hyperbaric oxygen combined with small akupotomye has a good effect in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis, which can down-regulate the levels of CRP in serum and articular fluid and ESR,and improve the knee joint function.
