Application Effect of rTMS Combined with Auditory Integration Training in Children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
Objective:To observe the application effect of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation(rTMS)combined with auditory integration training in children with autism spectrum disorder(ASD).Method:A total of 80 children with ASD admitted to Ji'an Maternal and Child Health Hospital from May 2021 to December 2022 were divided into study group(40 cases)and control group(40 cases)according to random number table method. The control group was treated with auditory integrated training, and the study group was treated with rTMS on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Result:After treatment, the total effective rate and Montreal cognitive assessment scale(MoCA)scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group, and the scores of the autism treatment evaluation checklist scale(ATEC),autism behavior checklist scale(ABC)and Pittsburgh sleep quality index scale(PSQI)were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:rTMS combined with auditory integration training has a good therapeutic effect in children with ASD,which can significantly improve their social ability, cognitive function and sleep quality, and then promote the recovery of the disorder, with higher clinical practicability and safety.
