Effect of Electrode Pad Pubic Electrical Stimulation Therapy Combined with Kegel Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation Training on the Postpartum Pelvic Floor Function Rehabilitation of Parturients
Objective:To investigate the effect of electrode pad pubic electrical stimulation therapy combined with Kegel pelvic floor rehabilitation training on postpartum pelvic floor function rehabilitation of parturients.Method:A total of ninety-two patients who received treatment for postpartum pelvic floor function rehabilitation in Maternal and Child Health Hospital in Songzi City from June 2020 to June 2022 were selected and divided into observation group and control group by random number table method, with 46 cases in each group. The control group received Kegel pelvic floor rehabilitation training, and the observation group added electrode pad pubic electrical stimulation therapy on the basis of the control group. The pelvic floor function indexes, quality of sexual life and efficacy of stress urinary incontinence in the two groups were compared.Result:Before treatment, the total electromyographic value, class Ⅰ muscle fiber electromyographic value, class Ⅱ muscle fiber electromyographic value, class Ⅰ muscle fiber fatigue and class Ⅱ muscle fiber fatigue of the two groups were compared, the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05);after treatment, the total electromyographic value, class Ⅰ muscle fiber electromyographic value and class Ⅱ muscle fiber electromyographic value of the two groups were significantly higher, and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);class Ⅰ muscle fiber fatigue and class Ⅱ muscle fiber fatigue were significantly better in both groups, and those in the observation group were better than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment, there were no significant differences between the two groups in each Chinese female sexual function index(FSFI)score(P>0.05);after treatment, the scores of both groups were increased, and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment for stress urinary incontinence in the observation group(93.48%)was higher than 78.26%in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Electrode pad pubic electrical stimulation therapy combined with Kegel pelvic floor rehabilitation training is beneficial to the recovery of postpartum pelvic floor function, improving the quality of sexual life and reducing stress urinary incontinence, with excellent overall effect.
