Research Progress of KLF7 in Malignant Tumors of Digestive System
Krüppel-like factors(KLF)is a subfamily of zinc finger transcription factor and a group of DNA-binding transcription regulation factors, which have many basic functions in various cells, including proliferation, differentiation, migration, inflammation and angiogenesis.KLF7 is a transcription factor with three highly conserved C2H2 zinc finger motif at the carboxyl terminal.Studies have found that KLF7 has a complex biological role in the occurrence and development of tumors, and plays a role in promoting or suppressing cancer in different types of tumors. This article reviews the research progress of KLF7 in malignant tumors of digestive system.
