Study on the Relationship between Pregnancy Serum Uric Acid and Thyroid-stimulating Hormone and Hypertensive Disorders of Pregnancy
Hypertensive disorders of pregnancy is a pregnancy comorbidity of pregnancy and hypertension coexist,which can seriously affect the health of maternity and perinatal children.Many scholars have retrospectively analyzed and studied the patients with hypertensive disorders of pregnancy,and found that the changes of serum uric acid and thyroid-stimulating hormone(TSH)levels are closely related to the occurrence and progression of hypertensive disorders of pregnancy.In this paper,the latest research on the relationship between serum uric acid,TSH and hypertensive disorders of pregnancy is reviewed,and it is found that serum uric acid and TSH levels increase significantly in patients with hypertensive disorders of pregnancy,and there is a close relationship between serum uric acid and hypothyroidism,which jointly affect the changes of blood pressure during pregnancy and increase the risk of hypertensive disorders of pregnancy.
