Clinical Application Effect of Vitamin D Assisted Budesonide and Formoterol in the Treatment of Children with Bronchial Asthma
Objective:To investigate the effect of the combination of Vitamin D and Budesonide and Formoterol in the treatment of children with bronchial asthma on peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets and lung function.Method:A total of 89 children with bronchial asthma admitted to Suqian First Hospital from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected, divided into groups according to the differences in treatment methods, and the control group(n=44)was treated with single Budesonide and Formoterol, while the study group(n=45)was treated with Vitamin D adjuvant therapy on the basis of the control group. The clinical treatment effect of the two groups was compared.Result:The disappearance time of wheezing rale, wheezing, and dyspnea time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment, there were no significant differences between the two groups in CD3+,CD4+ and CD8+ cells(P>0.05);after treatment,CD3+ and CD4+ in the study group were higher than those in the control group, while CD8+ was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, while the forced expiratory volume in 1 second(FEV1),forced vital capacity(FVC)and peak expiratory flow(PEF)in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 95.56%,higher than 81.82%in the control group(字2=4.210,P=0.040).Conclusion:The use of Vitamin D to assist Budesonide and Formoterol in the treatment of pediatric bronchial asthma can shorten the disappearance time of symptoms such as wheezing rale, wheezing, dyspnea, etc.,which has a significant effect on improving the immune function and lung function of the body, and has positive significance in the treatment of clinical diseases.
