A Study on the Efficacy of Fixed-point Interventional Therapy Based on Soft Tissue Surgery Theory in the Treatment of Chronic Non-specific Low Back Pain
Objective:To study the effect of fixed-point interventional therapy based on soft tissue surgery theory in the treatment of patients with chronic non-specific low back pain(CNLBP).Method:A total of 76 patients with CNLBP admitted to the Rehabilitation Medicine Department,First People's Hospital of Fuzhou from November 2021 to April 2023 were selected, and divided into the observation group(n=38)and the control group(n=38)by random number table method. The control group was given conventional treatment, while the observation group was given fixed-point interventional therapy based on soft tissue surgery theory on this basis, both groups were treated for 3 weeks. The two groups were compared in terms of clinical efficacy, lumbar vertebral function, visual analogue scale(VAS)score,Oswestry disability index(ODI),and adverse reactions.Result:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 81.58%,which was significantly higher than 60.53%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the scores of lower back pain, lower limb pain and numbness, walking ability and other items in the modified Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA)lower back pain scale of two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment, those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the VAS scores and ODI of the two groups decreased significantly compared to those before treatment, those of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, there were 3 cases with adverse reactions such as skin rashes and pruritus, all of which disappeared without special treatment.Conclusion:Fixed-point interventional therapy based on soft tissue surgery theory is effective in the treatment of patients with CNLBP.It can alleviate low back pain, and promote the recovery of lumbar function.
