The Effects of Empathic Expression Mode Combined with Health Education Interactive Mode on the Quality of Life,Mentality,and Pregnancy Outcomes of Infertile Patients
Objective:To explore the effects of empathic expression mode combined with health education interactive mode on quality of life,mentality and pregnancy outcome of infertility patients.Method:From January 2020 to January 2022,100 infertility patients visited at Guiping People's Hospital were selected,and randomly divided into conventional nursing(CO)group and empathic expression mode combined with health education interactive mode(PI)group,with 50 cases in each group.The quality of life,mentality and pregnancy outcome of the two groups were observed.Result:Before nursing,there was no significant difference in quality of life(QOL)score between CO group and PI group(P>0.05);after nursing,QOL scores of CO group and PI group were significantly increased(P<0.05),and that in PI group was significantly increased than that in CO group(P<0.05).Before nursing,there were no significant differences in self-rating depression scale(SDS)and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)scores between CO group and PI group(P>0.05);after nursing,SDS and SAS scores in CO group and PI group were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and those in PI group were significantly decreased than those in CO group(P<0.05).The pregnancy rate in PI group(32.00%)was significantly higher than that in CO group(14.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of empathic expression mode and health education interaction mode has better effect on infertility patients than conventional nursing,which can significantly improve the quality of life of patients,improve their mentality and pregnancy outcome.
