Clinical Effects of PDCA Circulating Nursing on the Disease Cognition Degree of the Family Members of Children with Allergic Purpura and the Improvement of the Children's Symptoms
Objective:To investigate the clinical effects of PDCA circulating nursing in children with anaphylactoid purpura on the disease cognition degree of family members and the improvement of symptoms in children.Method:A total of 80 children with anaphylactoid purpura admitted to Fuzhou Children's Hospital,Fujian Province from April 2021 to April 2022 were selected, and were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group and observation group were respectively treated with routine nursing and PDCA circular nursing. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Result:The disappearance time of abdominal pain, purpura, urinary protein and arthralgia in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing, the score of disease knowledge mastery of family members in observation group were higher than those of control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate and recurrence rate of observation group were lower than those of control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:PDCA circulating nursing in children with allergic purpura has a significant effect, which can not only effectively shorten the time of disappearance of symptoms, but also improve the disease cognition degree of family members, reduce the incidence of complications and recurrence rate.
