Application Effect of Xuebijing Injection in Patients with Severe Pneumonia and Its Influence on Oxygen Metabolism and Toll Like Receptor
Objective:To investigate the application effect of Xuebijing Injection in patients with severe pneumonia and its influence on oxygen metabolism and Toll like receptor.Method:A total of 100 patients with severe pneumonia admitted to Liaoyang City Central Hospital from December 2019 to January 2023 were divided into control group(n=50)and observation group(n=50)according to random number table method.The control group received routine treatment for pneumonia,and the observation group received Xuebijing Injection on the basis of the control group.The total effective rate and before and after treatment of inflammatory factors[C reactive protein(CRP),procalcitonin(PCT)and white blood cell count(WBC)],oxygen metabolism indexes[oxygen delivery(DO2),oxygen consumption(VO2),oxygen delivery index(DO2I)and oxygen consumption index(VO2I)]and Toll like receptor[Toll like receptor 2(TLR2),Toll like receptor 4(TLR4)]were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in inflammatory factors,oxygen metabolism indexes and Toll like receptor between the two groups(P>0.05).After 1 week and 2 weeks of treatment,inflammatory factors and Toll like receptor in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group,and oxygen metabolism indexes were significantly higher than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xuebijing Injection has good application effect in patients with severe pneumonia,which can significantly improve oxygen metabolism and down-regulate Toll like receptor expression.
