Research Progress of Intervention Therapy for Patients with Colorectal Cancer and Malnutrition
Colorectal cancer is a kind of consumptive malignant tumor in digestive tract.As the cancer cells continue to consume nutrients in the body,patients will suffer from malnutrition,which seriously affects the quality of life of patients.This paper reviewed the risk factors of patients with colorectal cancer complicated with malnutrition at home and abroad,introduced nutritional risk screening 2002(NRS2002),subjective assessment of overall nutritional status scale(PG-SGA),bioelectrical impedance phase angle(PHA)and other nutritional screening tools to assess nutritional status,and introduced their intervention methods.The aim is to provide timely and targeted nutritional support for improving malnutrition in patients with colorectal cancer,so as to reduce the incidence of malnutrition in patients.
