Non-specific low back pain is a very common clinical disease,which not only causes a huge burden to the society,but also has a non-negligible impact on personal health and economic status.In order to explore the epidemiology,pathogenesis,diagnostic criteria,treatment methods and curative effect evaluation of non-specific low back pain,and to provide better guidance for the rehabilitation of patients with non-specific low back pain,this paper retrieved the latest research on non-specific low back pain at home and abroad in the past ten years,and Classified summary and systematic review of relevant literature.It was found that the pathogenesis of nonspecific low back pain is diverse and has no known pathoanatomical cause.Treatment is a long-term process with a high relapse rate that requires a targeted rehabilitation approach and constant attention.To sum up,non-specific low back pain requires comprehensive analysis and treatment,focusing on individualized rehabilitation programs and monitoring efficacy.
