Most immunosuppressant have no selective and specific inhibition on the human immune system,so they will increase the incidence of malignant tumor,infection,bone marrow supression and other adverse reactions.However,traditional Chinese medicine intervention has a relatively obvious effect on adverse reactions,and the comprehensive treatment of Chinese materia medica combined with immunosuppressant has also achieved certain results in clinical practice.This article mainly reviews the traditional Chinese medicine intervention of pulmonary adverse reactions after the application of immunosuppressant,and provides reference for further research.
