Effect of Modified Liuwei Dihuang Decoction on Microinflammatory Index and Renal Function in Patients with Chronic Renal Failure
Objective:To explore the effect of modified Liuwei Dihuang Decoction on microinflammatory index and renal function in patients with chronic renal failure(CRF).Method:A total of 95 patients with CRF admitted to Yichun Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2021 to December 2022 were selected and divided into control group(n=48)and study group(n=47)according to random number table method. The control group received conventional treatment, and the study group received modified Liuwei Dihuang Decoction based on conventional treatment. The efficacy, microinflammatory indexes, renal function indexes and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:Compared with the control group, the total effective rate of the study group was higher, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the levels of C reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),serum creatinine(Scr)and blood urea nitrogen(BUN)were lower in the study group after 4 weeks of treatment, and the level of endogenous creatinine clearance rate(Ccr)was higher, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The treatment effect of modified Liuwei Dihuang Decoction is better in patients with CRF,which can reduce the levels of microinflammatory indexes, improve renal function, and has good safety.
