The Effect of Laryngeal Mask Inhalation Anesthesia Combined with Sugammadex Sodium on Hemodynamics and Recovery Quality in Patients with Intracranial Aneurysm Undergoing Interventional Embolization
Objective:To observe and investigate the effects of laryngeal mask inhalation anesthesia combined with Sugammadex Sodium on hemodynamics and recovery quality of patients during interventional embolization of intracranial aneurysms.Method:A total of 87 patients receiving interventional embolization of intracranial aneurysms from Jiamusi Central Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were prospectatively selected as clinical objects, they were randomly divided into the control group(n=45)and the observation group(n=42).The control group was given laryngeal cover inhalation anesthesia combined with Neostigmine. The observation group was given laryngeal mask inhalation anesthesia combined with Sugammadex Sodium.Hemodynamics, recovery quality, residual rate of muscle relaxation and adverse reactions in two groups were compared.Result:There were no differences in hemodynamics between the two groups before medication(P>0.05).After 1,5,15 and 30 min,the heart rate, respiration and mean arterial pressure in the control group increased, while the heart rate, respiration and mean arterial pressure in the observation group did not change significantly;after 1,5,15 and 30 min,the heart rate, respiration and mean arterial pressure in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of mask removal, recovery time of spontaneous breathing, waking time in the observation group were earlier than those in the control group and hospital stay in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The residual rate of muscle relaxations in the observation group at 10,20 and 30 min after surgery were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The rate of total adverse reactions of postoperative cough, respiratory depression, retching and pain in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laryngeal mask inhalation anesthesia combined with Sugammadex Sodium can stabilize hemodynamics, improve the postoperative recovery quality of patients, reduce the residual muscle relaxation, ensure the safety of treatment.
