Effects of Precision Nutrition Combined with Emotional Release Intervention on Nutritional Level,Immune Function and Mental Toughness of Patients Undergoing Laparoscopic Radical Surgery for Colorectal Cancer
Objective:To investigate the effects of precision nutrition combined with emotional release intervention on nutritional level,immune function and mental toughness of patients underwent laparoscopic radical surgery for colorectal cancer.Method:A total of 64 patients who underwent laparoscopic radical surgery for colorectal cancer in Yichun People's Hospital from June 2021 to December 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method.The control group(n=32)received conventional parenteral nutrition therapy and emotional release intervention,and the study group(n=32)received precision nutrition therapy combined with emotional release intervention.The nutritional level,immune function and mental toughness of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Result:After the intervention,the levels of hemoglobin(Hb),albumin(ALB),serum total protein(STP)and transferrin(TRF)in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).After intervention,CD3+,CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).After intervention,the levels of immunoglobulin(Ig)A,IgG and IgM in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).After intervention,the toughness,optimism,strength scores and total scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Precision nutrition therapy combined with emotional release intervention can effectively enhance the nutritional status,immune function and mental toughness of patients undergoing laparoscopic radical surgery for colorectal cancer.
