强化营养联合抗阻运动训练对老年肌少症患者肌肉功能、炎症因子的影响

目的:探究强化营养联合抗阻运动训练对老年肌少症患者肌肉功能、炎症因子的影响.方法:选取 2021 年 3 月—2023 年 3 月苏州市第九人民医院纳入的 100 例老年肌少症患者作为研究对象,随机选取 50 例患者为对照组,另外 50 例患者为观察组.对照组实施常规营养支持,观察组实施强化营养联合抗阻运动训练.比较干预后两组的肌肉功能[四肢骨骼肌质量指数(ASMI)、握力、6 分钟步行试验(6MWT)]、炎症因子[白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)]及满意度.结果:干预后,观察组ASMI、握力、6MWT均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预前,两组的IL-6、TNF-α、IL-1β水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组IL-6、TNF-α、IL-1β水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组的总满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:强化营养联合抗阻运动训练对老年肌少症患者肌肉功能、炎症因子的影响较为显著.
The Impact of Intensive Nutrition Combined with Resistance Exercise Training on Muscle Function and Inflammatory Factors in Elderly Patients with Sarcopenia
Objective:To explore the impact of intensive nutrition combined with resistance exercise training on muscle function and inflammatory factors in elderly patients with sarcopenia.Method:A total of 100 elderly patients with sarcopenia admitted to Suzhou Ninth People's Hospital from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected for the study,50 patients were randomly chosen for the control group and another 50 for the observation group.The control group received routine nutritional support,while the observation group received intensive nutritional combined with resistance exercise training.The muscle function[appendicular skeletal muscle index(ASMI),grip strength,6-minute walking test(6MWT)],inflammatory factors[Interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-α),interleukin-1β(IL-1β)],and satisfaction levels of the two groups after the intervention were compared.Result:After intervention,the ASMI,grip strength,and 6MWT in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the levels of IL-6,TNF-α,and IL-1β between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05);after intervention,the levels of IL-6,TNF-α,and IL-1β in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Intensive nutrition combined with resistance exercise training has a significant impact on muscle function and inflammatory factors in elderly patients with sarcopenia.
