Changes of Blood Routine Derived Inflammatory Indexes and Costimulation Molecule B7 Family in Patients with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus
Objective:To investigate the expression of blood routine derived inflammatory indexes and costimulation molecule B7 family in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus.Method:A total of 164 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus and 41 healthy volunteers who underwent physical examination in Dangyang People's Hospital from June 2019 to October 2022 were selected.Patients with systemic lupus erythematosus disease activity index(SLEDAI)score≥15 scores were group A(n=41),patients with SLEDAI score 10-14 scores were group B(n=41),patients with SLEDAI score 5-9 scores were group C(n=41),patients with SLEDAI score 0-4 scores were group D(n=41)and the healthy person in physical examination were in group E(n=41).Blood routine derived inflammatory indexes[neutrophil/lymphocyte ratio(NLR),platelet/lymphocyte ratio(PLR),the sum of neutrophil and monocyte/lymphocyte ratio(NMLR)and derived neutrophil/lymphocyte ratio(dNLR)]and the costimulation molecule B7 family were compared among the five groups.Pearson correlation was used to analyze the relationship between blood routine derived inflammatory indexes and costimulation molecule b7 family.Result:The blood routine derived inflammatory indexes of group A,B,C and D were significantly higher than those of group E,those of group A,B and C were significantly higher than those of group D,those of group A and B were significantly higher than those of group C,and those of group A were significantly higher than those of group B,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The costimulation molecule B7 family in group A,B,C and D were significantly lower than those in group E,those in group A,B and C were significantly lower than those in group D,those in group A and B were significantly lower than those in group C,and those in group A were significantly lower than those in group B,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that NLR,PLR,NMLR,dNLR were negatively correlated with costimulation molecule B7 family 3(B7-H3)and costimulation molecule B7 family 4(B7-H4)in SLE patients(P<0.05).Conclusion:The expression of blood routine derived inflammatory indexes and costimulation molecule B7 family is significantly abnormal in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus,and there is a close relationship between the above indicators.
