Research Status of the Relationship between Different Virulent Helicobacter Pylori Infection and Inflammatory Factors
Helicobacter pylori(Hp)is a kind of Gram-negative bacillus, listed as a groupⅠcarcinogen by the International Agency for Research on Cancer of the World Health Organization, and is contagious.Hp leads to the occurrence of gastric and other parts systemic inflammation of the host, and the degree of inflammatory reaction caused by different virulent Hp infection is not completely consistent, which is reflected in the different expression of various inflammatory factors produced by different virulent Hp,and its mechanism is not completely clear. In recent years, different Hp virulence factor infection and its induced inflammatory factors, such as interleukin-1β(IL-1β),IL-2,IL-4,IL-6,IL-8,tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),gamma-interferon(IFN-γ)were reviewed at home and abroad.
