Research Progress of Delirium after Cardiac Surgery
Delirium is an acute cognitive dysfunction,the severity of which varies from mild to extremely severe,and the duration is uncertain.Postoperative delirium is a common complication after cardiac surgery,which will increase the cost of medical care and reduce the quality of life of patients.Therefore,it is important to take measures to prevent the occurrence of postoperative delirium.This article reviews the pathophysiology,risk factor,evaluation method and preventive measure of postoperative delirium.
