Clinical Effect of Salviae Miltiorrhizae and Ligustrazine Hydrochloride Injection Combined with Irbesartan Dispersible Tablets in the Treatment of Essential Hypertension
Objective:To investigate the effect of Salviae Miltiorrhizae and Ligustrazine Hydrochloride Injection combined with Irbesartan Dispersible Tablets in the treatment of essential hypertension,and to analyze its influence on carotid intima-media thickness(IMT)and vascular endothelial function.Method:A total of 86 patients with essential hypertension treated in Taian Disabled Soldiers'Hospital of Shandong Province from September 2020 to September 2022 were selected and divided into control group(n=43)and observation group(n=43)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with Irbesartan Dispersible Tablets,and the observation group was treated with Salviae Miltiorrhizae and Ligustrazine Hydrochloride Injection combined with Irbesartan Dispersible Tablets.Blood pressure levels[systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP)],IMT,arterial elastic function[branchial-ankle pulse wave velocity(baPWV),ankle-brachial index(ABI),great artery elastic index(C1)and small elastic index(C2)],vascular endothelial function[nitric oxide(NO),lipid hydroperoxide(LOP),endothelin-1(ET-1)],serum inflammatory factors[interleukin-6(IL-6),C reactive protein(CRP),monocyte chemotactic protein-1(MCP-1)]of the two groups were compared.Result:Before treatment,there were no significant differences in SBP,DBP and IMT between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of SBP,DBP and IMT in both groups were decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in baPWV,ABI,C1 and C2 between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,baPWV in both groups were decreased,C1 and C2 in both groups were increased,baPWV in observation group was lower than that in control group,C1 and C2 in observation group were higher than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in ABI between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in NO,LOP and ET-1 between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of NO in both groups were increased,LOP and ET-1 in both groups were decreased,the level of NO in observation group was higher than that in control group,and the levels of LOP and ET-1 in observation group were lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in IL-6 and MCP-1 between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-6 and MCP-1 in both groups were decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Salviae Miltiorrhizae and Ligustrazine Hydrochloride Injection combined with Irbesartan Dispersible Tablets in the treatment of essential hypertension can control blood pressure well,improve vascular endothelial function and arterial elastic function,and reduce IMT and inflammatory factors levels.
