Effect of Hysteroscopic and Laparoscopic Surgery Combined with Intrauterine Perfusion of Platelet Rich Plasma on Infertile Patients with Endometriosis
Objective:To explore the effect of hysteroscopy and laparoscopy combined with uterine perfusion with platelet rich plasma(PRP)on infertile patients with endometriosis.Method:From January 2020 to November 2022,86 cases of endometriosis infertility patients who underwent hysteroscopy and laparoscopy in the First People's Hospital of Nanning were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method, namely control group and observation group, with 43 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Leuprolide Acetate Microspheres after surgery, and the observation group was treated with PRP.The clinical efficacy, recurrence rate, endometrial receptivity, inflammatory factors and endometriosis fertility index(EFI)scores were compared between the two groups.Result:Before treatment, there were no statistically significant differences in endometrial receptivity, inflammatory factor levels and EFI scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment, the uterine artery blood flow resistance index, uterine artery blood flow pulsatility index and inflammatory factor levels were compared between the two groups of patients, those in the observation group were lower, the endometrium in the observation group was thicker, the endometrial volume in the observation group was larger, and the EFI score in the observation group was higher, and the total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher, and the recurrence rate was lower, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hysteroscopic and laparoscopic surgery combined with intrauterine perfusion of PRP can reduce the inflammatory response of infertile patients with endometriosis after surgery, improve the endometrial receptivity of patients, and thus improve the fertility index score and clinical efficacy of patients.
