Clinical Study on the Combination of Caffeine Citrate Injection and Poractant Alfa Injection in the Treatment of Neonatal Respiratory Distress Syndrome
Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of combined use of Caffeine Citrate Injection and Poractant Alfa Injection on neonatal respiratory distress syndrome.Method:A total of 90 patients with neonatal respiratory distress syndrome admitted to Baiyun District Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Guangzhou from March 2018 to March 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into the control group and the experimental group using random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received treatment with Poractant Alfa Injection,while the experimental group received treatment with Caffeine Citrate Injection and Poractant Alfa Injection.The changes in arterial blood gas indicators and inflammatory factors in both groups were observed,and the treatment effects and safety of the two groups were evaluated.Result:(1)The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);(2)after treatment,the levels of oxygen partial pressure(PaO2),carbon dioxide partial pressure(PaCO2),blood oxygen saturation(SaO2)and hydrogen ion concentration index(pH)in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);(3)the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),procalcitonin(PCT),C reactive protein(CRP)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in experimental group were significantly lower than those in control group after treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05);(4)there was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:For patients with neonatal respiratory distress syndrome,treatment with Caffeine Citrate Injection and Poractant Alfa Injection can improve arterial blood gas,reduce body inflammatory response,enhance therapeutic effect,and the combined administration does not increase the incidence of adverse reactions.
