Observation on the Effect of Diosmin Assisted High-frequency Electric Knife Anal Fistula Radical Resection in Patients with Anal Fistula
Objective:To explore the specific impact of Diosmin assisted high-frequency electric knife anal fistula radical resection on patients with anal fistula.Method:A total of 62 patients with anal fistula admitted to Linchuan District Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital in Fuzhou City from April 2021 to January 2023 were selected.They were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 31 cases in each group.The control group was treated with high-frequency electric knife anal fistula radical resection,while the observation group was treated with Diosmin assisted high-frequency electric knife anal fistula radical resection.Both groups were followed up for 1 month.Anal function,wound healing time,wound exudation time,hospital stay,quality of life and incidence of infection were compared between the two groups.Result:Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in anal function and quality of life scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,Wexner score in the observation group was(5.52±0.78)points,which was lower than(7.41±1.15)points in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Wound healing time[(16.54±1.71)d],wound exudation time[(8.08±1.13)d]and hospitalization time[(11.51±1.82)d]in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group[(23.45±2.58),(12.78±1.51)and(15.21±2.21)d],the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the quality of life score of the observation group was(83.88±3.92)points,which was lower than(72.03±3.26)points of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of the wound infection in the observation group was 3.23%(1/31),which was lower than 25.81%(8/31)in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Diosmin assisted high-frequency electric knife anal fistula radical resection has a significant effect on treating anal fistula patients,which can improve anal function,promote wound healing,reduce wound infection,accelerate physical recovery,and improve quality of life.
