Effects of Thinking Field Therapy Combined with Progressive Muscle Relaxation Training on Exercise Endurance,Psychological Stress and Sleep Quality of Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction
Objective:To explore the effects of thinking field therapy combined with progressive muscle relaxation training(PMRT)on exercise endurance, psychological stress and sleep quality of patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Method:A total of 100 patients with AMI in Yichun People's Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected and divided into observation group and control group using a lottery method, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received PMRT 5 days after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI),and the observation group received thinking field therapy on the basis of the control group. The exercise endurance indexes[exercise duration(ED),peak oxygen uptake(VO2peak),anaerobic threshold(AT)],psychological stress indexes[Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)score,Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)score]and sleep quality index[Athens insomnia scale(AIS)score]were compared before and after intervention between the two groups.Result:The VO2peak,ED and AT of the observation group were higher than those of the control group the day after the intervention, and the HAMA and HAMD scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group the day after the intervention, the AIS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group the day after the intervention, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:PMRT combined with thinking field therapy can further improve the exercise endurance levels of AMI patients, improve their negative emotions, and improve their sleep quality.
