Effects of Focalized Psychological Nursing on Anxiety Symptoms,Perceived Stress and Behavioral Traps in Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients
Objective:To explore the application effect of focalized on psychological nursing in maintenance hemodialysis patients.Method:A total of 160 maintenance dialysis patients admitted to First People's Hospital of Fuzhou from December 2019 to January 2022 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method,with 80 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing,the observation group received focalized psychological nursing,and the two groups received continuous nursing for 4 weeks.Anxiety symptoms,subjective well-being,perceived stress,behavioral traps,quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result:After nursing,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and perceived stress scale(PSS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the score of general well-being assessment scale(GWB)was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the behavioral trap score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the scores of the MOS item short form health survey(SF-36)were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing total satisfaction of observation group(97.50%)was higher than that of control group(88.75%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Focalized psychological nursing can reduce the anxiety symptoms of maintenance hemodialysis patients,effectively improve the subjective well-being of patients,reduce the perceived pressure and behavioral traps,promote the improvement of quality of life,and thus obtain higher patient's satisfaction.
