Clinical Effect of Ciprofol Combined with Butorphanol for Painless Ultrasound Gastroscopy under Bispectral Index Monitoring
Objective:To investigate the application effect of Ciprofol combined with Butorphanol for painless ultrasound gastroscopy under bispectral index monitoring.Method:A total of 78 patients who underwent painless ultrasound gastroscopy in Xiamen Haicang Hospital from March to November 2023 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into control group and experimental group according to random number table method,with 39 cases in each group.Both groups were given Ciprofol combined with Butorphanol anesthesia,the control group guided medication according to routine ECG monitoring and anesthesiologist's experience,and the experimental group guided medication according to bispectral index monitoring value.The hemodynamics changes of the two groups at different time points were observed,the stress indexes before and after examination were compared between the two groups,and the anesthetic effect and safety of the two groups were evaluated.Result:Systolic blood pressure(SBP),heart rate(HR)and percutaneous arterial oxygen saturation(SpO2)of experimental group immediately after gastroscope insertion(T2)and immediately after gastroscope withdrawal(T3)were significantly higher than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After examination,cortisol(Cor),aldosterone(ALD)and angiotensin Ⅱ(AngⅡ)in experimental group were significantly lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The examination time,waking time of experimental group were significantly shorter than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in experimental group was significantly lower than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients undergoing painless ultrasound gastroscopy,Ciprofol combined with Butorphanol anesthesia under bispectral index monitoring can reduce hemodynamics fluctuations during examination,alleviate stress response,shorten the time of examination and anesthesia waking,and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
