重组人干扰素联合布地奈德对反复上呼吸道感染的影响

目的:探讨重组人干扰素α1b喷雾剂联合布地奈德雾化吸入对反复上呼吸道感染患儿临床综合疗效的影响.方法:选择2022年1-12月在泉州市妇幼保健院儿童医院接受治疗90例反复上呼吸道感染患儿作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法,分为观察组(n=45)和对照组(n=45).对照组行布地奈德雾化吸入治疗,观察组行重组人干扰素α1b喷雾剂联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗.对两组临床症状消失时间、治疗效果、免疫功能指标和白细胞介素-6(IL-6)进行观察和比较.结果:观察组各项临床症状消失时间比对照组用时均更短,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗前,两组各项免疫功能指标和白细胞介素-6(IL-6)比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组IgA、IgG水平均显著升高,特异性IgE水平均显著降低,且观察组改变幅度均更为显著,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,两组IL-6水平均显著降低,且观察组改变幅度更为显著,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:重组人干扰素α1b喷雾剂联合布地奈德雾化吸入应用于反复上呼吸道感染,可显著提高治疗效果,快速缓解临床症状,进一步提高免疫功能和缓解炎症反应.
Effect of Recombinant Human Interferon Combined with Budesonide on Recurrent Upper Respiratory Tract Infection
Objective:To explore influence of Recombinant Human Interferon α1b Spray combined with Budesonide atomization inhalation on the clinical comprehensive efficacy of children with recurrent upper respiratory tract infection.Method:From January to December 2022,90 children with recurrent upper respiratory tract infections who received treatment at Children's Hospital of Quanzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into an observation group(n=45)and a control group(n=45)by random number table method.The control group received Budesonide atomization inhalation treatment,while the observation group received Recombinant Human Interferon α1b Spray combined with Budesonide atomization inhalation therapy.The disappearance time of clinical symptoms,treatment effectiveness,immune function indicators and IL-6 between the two groups were observed and compared.Result:The disappearance time of various clinical symptoms in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in various immune function indicators and IL-6 between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of IgA and IgG in both groups were significantly increased,while the levels of specific IgE were significantly reduced,the observation group showed more significant changes,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the IL-6 levels in the two groups were significantly reduced,and the observation group had a more significant change,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Recombinant Human Interferon α1b Spray combined with Budesonide atomization inhalation for repeated upper respiratory tract infections can significantly improve the treatment effect,quickly relieve clinical symptoms,further improve immune function and alleviate inflammatory reaction.
