Influencing Factors of Cardiac Valve Calcification in Non Dialysis Patients with Chronic Kidney Disease and Its Impact on Prognosis
Objective:To investigate the influencing factors of cardiac valve calcification(CVC)in non dialysis patients with chronic kidney disease(CKD)and Its impact on prognosis.Method:A total of 312 non dialysis patients with CKD admitted to Quanzhou First Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University hospital from March 2019 to March 2021 were retrospectively selected as the study subjects, and data on their general conditions, laboratory examinations, and cardiac color Doppler ultrasound were collected. The deadline for follow-up was June 2022.The influencing factors of CVC in non dialysis patients with CKD and the relationship between CKC and prognosis were analyzed.Result:The age, history of hypertension and history of diabetes in CVC group were higher than those in non CVC group(P<0.05).The total cholesterol and glomerular filtration levels of patients in the CVC group were lower than those in the non CVC group(P<0.05).The left ventricular hypertrophy rate in the CVC group was higher than that in the non CVC group(P<0.05).logistic regression results showed that age, history of hypertension, history of diabetes, total cholesterol, glomerular filtration rate, and left ventricular hypertrophy were all factors influencing CVC(P<0.05).The all-cause mortality rate of patients in the CVC group was 34.31%,higher than 2.86%in the non CVC group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Age,history of hypertension, history of diabetes, total cholesterol, glomerular rate filtration and left ventricular hypertrophy are the influencing factors of CVC in non dialysis CKD patients, and CVC can increase the all-cause mortality of these patients.
