Analysis of the Current Situation and Related Influencing Factors of Coping Styles in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease
Objective:To analyze the current situation and related influencing factors of coping styles in patients with coronary heart disease Method:A prospective study was conducted,including 95 patients with coronary heart disease admitted to Leping Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2022 to May 2023 as the study subjects.The coping styles of patients were evaluated using the simple coping style questionnaire(SCSQ)and divided into negative coping group and positive coping group.Statistically significant variables were included to construct a logistic regression model to analyze the influencing factors of coping styles in patients with coronary heart disease.Result:According to statistics,41 out of 95 patients with coronary heart disease adopted negative coping strategies,accounting for 43.16%,while 54 adopted positive coping strategies,accounting for 56.84%.The results of univariate analysis showed that the proportions of junior high education level or below,strong perceived pressure,low doctor-patient trust relationship and monthly family income<6 000 yuan in negative coping group were higher than those of positive coping group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).A logistic regression model was constructed,and the results showed that education level,perceived stress,doctor-patient trust relationship and monthly family income were the influencing factors of coping styles in patients with coronary heart disease(OR>1,P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with coronary heart disease generally adopt negative coping styles,and education level,perceived stress,doctor-patient trust relationship and monthly family income are influencing factors for coping styles of coronary heart disease patients.
