音乐辅助疗法缓解骨折术后疼痛的研究进展

摘要
手术治疗骨折疾病,具有对位好、恢复快等优势,但是手术切割组织所产生的疼痛,却无法避免.因此骨科医生对手术患者的疼痛管理极为重视.很多研究已经证实音乐疗法在缓解疼痛方面具有良好的效果并具有安全性能高、可操作性强、经济成本低等优势,可以应用于骨折术后的镇痛,本文对音乐疗法和疼痛机制的相关文献进行综述,并重点探讨音乐疗法改善疼痛的机制,以及音乐疗法的临床应用,以期为临床缓解骨折术后疼痛提供新方法和新思路.
Abstract
Surgical treatment of fracture diseases has the advantages of good alignment and quick recovery,but the pain caused by surgical cutting of tissue cannot be avoided.Therefore,orthopaedic surgeons attach great importance to the pain management of surgical patients.Many studies have confirmed that music therapy has a good effect in relieving pain and has the advantages of high safety performance,strong operability and low economic cost,which can be applied to postoperative analgesia after fracture.This paper reviews the relevant literature on music therapy and pain mechanism,and focuses on the mechanism of music therapy to improve pain and the clinical application of music therapy,in order to provide new methods and new ideas for relieving postoperative pain of fracture.
