Research Progress of Music-assisted Therapy in Relieving Pain after Fracture Surgery
Surgical treatment of fracture diseases has the advantages of good alignment and quick recovery,but the pain caused by surgical cutting of tissue cannot be avoided.Therefore,orthopaedic surgeons attach great importance to the pain management of surgical patients.Many studies have confirmed that music therapy has a good effect in relieving pain and has the advantages of high safety performance,strong operability and low economic cost,which can be applied to postoperative analgesia after fracture.This paper reviews the relevant literature on music therapy and pain mechanism,and focuses on the mechanism of music therapy to improve pain and the clinical application of music therapy,in order to provide new methods and new ideas for relieving postoperative pain of fracture.
