生胃散联合硫糖铝对慢性胃炎患者胃肠激素、肠道菌群变化的影响

摘要
目的:探讨生胃散联合硫糖铝对慢性胃炎患者胃肠激素、肠道菌群变化的影响.方法:选取 2022 年 6 月—2023 年 4 月烟台市北海医院消化内科收治的 86 例慢性胃炎患者为研究对象,根据电脑随机表法分为观察组和对照组,各 43 例.对照组口服硫糖铝混悬液,观察组在对照组基础上联合生胃散治疗.比较两组疗效、肠道菌群变化、胃肠激素和炎症状态.结果:治疗前,两组胃泌素和胃动素水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组胃动素和胃泌素水平低于治疗前,且观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05).治疗后,两组拟杆菌、肠杆菌计数较治疗前降低,双歧杆菌和乳杆菌计数均增加(P<0.05).治疗后,两组白细胞介素-8(interleukin-8,IL-8)、白细胞介素-6(interleukin-6,IL-6)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)较治疗前降低,且观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05).观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05).两组不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:以生胃散联合硫糖铝治疗慢性胃炎可调节胃肠激素和肠道菌群,减轻炎症反应,效果和安全性良好.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effects of Shengwei Powder combined with Sucralfate on changes in gastrointestinal hormones and gut microbiota in patients with chronic gastritis.Method:A total of 86 patients with chronic gastritis admitted to Department of Gastroenterology,Beihai Hospital of Yantai from June 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to computer random table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was given oral Sucralfate Suspension,and the observation group was treated with Shengwei Powder based on the control group.The effects,changes of intestinal flora,gastrointestinal hormones and inflammatory status were compared between the two groups.Result:Before treatment,there were no significant differences in gastrin and motilin levels between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of motilin and gastrin in two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the count of Bacteroides and Enterobacter were decreased than those before treatment,the count of Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus were increased in both groups(P<0.05).After treatment,interleukin-8(IL-8),interleukin-6(IL-6),and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)were decreased in both groups compared with those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Shengwei Powder combined with Sucralfate in the treatment of chronic gastritis can regulate gastrointestinal hormone and intestinal flora,reduce inflammatory response,with good effect and safety.
