Effect of Aspirin Combined with Sodium Hyaluronate Gel on Adhesion Recovery and Blood Flow after Electrotomy of Intrauterine Adhesions
Objective:To investigate the effects of Aspirin combined with Sodium Hyaluronate Gel on adhesion recovery and blood flow after electrotomy of intrauterine adhesions.Method:A total of 120 patients with moderate to severe intrauterine adhesions treated in Shenzhen Longgang District Maternity and Child Healthcare Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects, and the patients were divided into the control group and the study group with 60 cases in each group according to random number table method. The same group of doctors performed electrotomy, and Cross-linked Sodium Hyaluronate Gel was injected into the uterine cavity of the control group after surgery. The study group was also given Aspirin Enteric-coated Tablets on the basis of the control group. The recovery of intrauterine adhesions, changes in endometrial thickness, blood circulation, changes in menstrual cycle and the occurrence of adverse drug reactions were counted in the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group in the recovery of intrauterine adhesions after treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the endometrial thickness of the study group was(6.82±1.08)mm,which was higher than(5.56±1.04)mm of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the blood flow resistance index(RI)and vascular pulsatility index(PI)of the two groups decreased, and those of the study group were lower than those of the control group, and the vascular index(VI)and blood flow index(FI)of the two groups increased, and those of the study group were higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of menstrual improvement, the total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 5.00%,which was higher than 3.33%in the control group, but the statistical analysis showed no difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Aspirin combined with Sodium Hyaluronate Gel is helpful for the recovery of cervical adhesions in patients after cervical adhesion resection, and can also promote the repair of endometrial, improve local blood flow, and promote the recovery of menstrual cycle with high safety.
