补骨续断胶囊联合骨伤合剂治疗桡骨远端骨折的效果分析

摘要
目的:探讨补骨续断胶囊联合骨伤合剂治疗桡骨远端骨折的效果.方法:选择2020年9月—2022 年 3 月海安市中医院收治的 78 例桡骨远端骨折患者为研究对象,利用随机数字表法将其分为三组,各 26 组.A组采用骨伤合剂治疗,B组采用补骨续断胶囊治疗,C组采用补骨续断胶囊联合骨伤合剂治疗.比较三组治疗效果、愈合情况、骨代谢水平、腕关节功能(掌倾角、桡骨高度、尺偏角)、不良反应发生情况.结果:治疗后,C组总有效率高于A组和B组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);C组纵向叩击痛、肿胀、压痛消失时间及骨折临床愈合时间均短于A组和B组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,C组骨钙素、降钙素及总Ⅰ型胶原氨基端延长肽水平均高于A组和B组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);三组治疗前和治疗后的掌倾角、桡骨高度及尺偏角比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);三组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:补骨续断胶囊联合骨伤合剂能够有效改善患者的腕关节功能及骨代谢水平,提高治疗效果,缩短愈合时间,不良反应少.
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of Bugu Xuduan Capsules combined with Gushang Mixture in the treatment of distal fracture of radius.Method:A total of 78 patients with distal fracture of radius admitted to Hai'an Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2020 to March 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into three groups according to random number table method,with 26 cases in each group.Group A was treated with Gushang Mixture,group B was treated with Bugu Xuduan Capsules,and group C was treated with Bugu Xuduan Capsules combined with Gushang Mixture.The treatment effect,healing status,bone metabolism level,carpal joint function(palmar tilt,radial height,ulnar inclination)and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared among the three groups.Result:After treatment,the total effective rate of group C was higher than that of group A and group B,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of longitudinal percussion pain,swelling and tenderness and the fracture clinical healing time in group C were shorter than those in group A and group B,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of osteocalcin,calcitonin and total type procollagen Ⅰ N-terminal propeptide in group C were higher than those in group A and group B,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in palmar tilt,radial height and ulnar inclination between the three groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions among the three groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Bugu Xuduan Capsules combined with Gushang Mixture can effectively improve the carpal joint function and bone metabolism level of patients,improve the therapeutic effect,shorten the healing time and have fewer adverse reactions.
