The Impact of Diversified Nursing Plans on Postoperative Blood Pressure and Rehabilitation Outcomes in Patients with Acute Appendicitis Complicated with Hypertension
Objective:To explore the impact of diversified nursing plans on postoperative blood pressure and rehabilitation outcomes in patients with acute appendicitis complicated with hypertension.Method:A total of 88 patients with acute appendicitis complicated with hypertension who underwent surgery at Fuzhou First General Hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected, were randomly divided into a control group(44 cases receiving routine perioperative nursing)and an observation group(44 cases receiving diversified nursing).Blood pressure,D-lactate,diamine oxidase, and recovery time of various indicators between two groups were compared.Result:Postoperative 2 days, the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the observation group were(120.41±3.25)and(79.60±2.44)mmHg,respectively,which were lower than(132.57±4.06)and(86.57±2.97)mmHg of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the D-lactate value of the observation group was(1.06±0.50)mmol/L,which was lower than(1.98±0.52)mmol/L in the control group, and the diamine oxidase value was(11.24±1.65)U/L,which was lower than(14.56±1.50)U/L in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the first exhaust time of the observation group was(8.98±0.89)hours,the time to get out of bed was(6.64±0.48)hours,and the hospital stay was(2.16±0.37)days,all of which were earlier or lower than(9.91±1.16)hours,(7.02±0.58)hours,and(2.82±0.39)days in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Diversified nursing plans can reduce blood pressure levels in hypertensive patients after laparoscopic appendectomy, alleviate intestinal barrier function damage, and shorten postoperative recovery time.
