Influence of Empowering Nursing on Compliance Behavior and Prognosis of Patients with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus
Objective:To explore the influence of empowering nursing on compliance behavior and prognosis of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus.Method:A total of 85 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus admitted to Shuguang Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2020 to February 2022 were divided into the control group(42 cases)and the observation group(43 cases)according to the principle of baseline matching data between groups. The control group was given routine nursing care, while the observation group was given empowerment nursing on the basis of the control group. Both groups were intervened for 6 months. The compliance behavior and prognosis of the two groups of patients after intervention were compared.Result:After intervention, the scores of medication and review, avoidance of exposure to recurrence factors, detection of recurrence signs, eating habits, avoidance of infection, activity and rest and total score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the disease activity index of systemic lupus erythematosus in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the erythrocyte sedimentation rate, immunoglobulin G(IgG)and 24 h urine protein were lower than those in the control group, with significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Empowered nursing can significantly improve the compliance behavior of systemic lupus erythematosus patients and improve the prognosis, which is an effective chronic disease management model.
