Application of Mechanical Vibration Expectoration in Children with Bronchial Pneumonia
Objective:To explore the application value of mechanical vibration expectoration on bronchial pneumonia in children.Method:A total of 82 children who were diagnosed with bronchial pneumonia in Maternity&Child Care Center of Xinyu from March 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the research subjects,they were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group received expectoration method of back percussion,while the observation group adopted mechanical vibration expectoration.The expectoration effect,respiratory symptoms,hospital stay,blood oxygen saturation,heart rate and spontaneous breathing were compared between the two groups of children.Result:The total effective rate of expectoration in observation group(97.56%)was higher than that in control group(80.49%)(P<0.05).After intervention,the fever disappearance time,disappearance time of cough and expectoration time,dyspnea disappearance time,disappearance time of lung wet rales in observation group were earlier than those in control group,hospital stay was shorter in observation group than that in control group(P<0.05);the blood oxygen saturation,heart rate and spontaneous breathing of children in observation group after expectoration were better than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of mechanical vibration expectoration for children with bronchial pneumonia can improve the clinical symptoms and blood gas indicators,and can shorten the hospital stay.
