Effect Analysis of Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation Treatment Instrument and Cognitive Behavior Intervention in Postpartum Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation
Objective:To explore the application value of pelvic floor rehabilitation treatment instrument and cognitive behavior intervention in postpartum pelvic floor rehabilitation.Method:A total of 100 patients undergoing pelvic floor rehabilitation in Jingdezhen Maternal and Child Health Hospital from November 2020 to November 2021 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received routine rehabilitation nursing, and the observation group received pelvic floor rehabilitation instrument and cognitive behavior intervention. The pelvic floor function, urinary incontinence degree, treatment compliance and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result:After intervention, the pelvic floor function score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the urinary incontinence degree score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the ratio of pelvic floor muscle strength grade 3 or above in the observation group was 90.00%,which was significantly higher than 64.00%in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment compliance rate in the observation group was 96.00%,higher than 80.00%in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the observation group was 98.00%,higher than 82.00%of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In postpartum pelvic floor rehabilitation, the use of pelvic floor rehabilitation treatment instrument and cognitive behavior intervention has significant effects, which can improve the function of the pelvic floor of patients, improve compliance and satisfaction, and reduce the degree of urinary incontinence.
